Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Event

Where: The Family Hub on the Harbour, Whitehaven, CA28 7LZ

Did you know if your child qualifies for free school meals, you can book free childrens' activities and events in the school holidays? 

The Family Hub on the Harbour are holding our own HAF event on Monday 6th January 2025 (suitable for ages 4 years-11 years). To book, please email familyhubs@cumberland.gov.uk with your child's details and their HAF code or message our FB page. 

If you do not receive free school meals you may still be eligible if: 

-a cared for and care experienced child or young adult
-a child or young adult on Resettlement Schemes
-a child or young adult seeking asylum
-a young adult who is not in Education, Employment  or Training (NEET)  
-a child or young adult at risk of being involved in crime
-a child or young adult living in areas of deprivation
-a family in crisis
-a child or young adult who is classed as SEND or on a EHCP but not on free school meals up to the age of 18
