Health visiting services

All families with children under 5 years old can access the health visiting service.

Health visitors will give you important information about health and wellbeing for you, your child and your family. They will support you from the antenatal period (from around 28 weeks of pregnancy) and onwards.

The service is delivered in a range of settings including:

• families’ own homes
• Family Hubs
• local community
• health settings
