Useful websites

The Single Parents website is run by the Single Parent Action Network. It is a site with information for anyone who is raising children on their own, whether through a relationship breakup, illness, bereavement, work commitments or choice. 

NHS Advice for single parents.

Care for the Family website has information for single parents including taking a break holiday, a parenting blog and a community you can join for peer-to-peer support. 

Gingerbread is a support site for single parents. It has a range of free services including a forum where you can meet other single mums and dads, get expert advice and information pages to help guide you around various topics.

Raising Children parenting website covers topics such as advice on the early days after separation and some guidance on steps to take to help your family find its new direction.
