The following locations are holding drop in sessions on the relevant days and times.

Location: Harraby Community Centre, Edgehill Road, Carlisle, CA1 ESN

Tuesday 19 August and 26 August at 11am to 12pm

Tuesday 9 September and 16 September at 11am to 12pm

Thursday 21 August at 1:30pm to 3pm

From 11 September, every Thursday at 1:30pm to 2:30pm

From 10 September, every Wednesday at 1:30pm to 2:30pm
