Infant massage
A short 5 week course to help you learn the techniques of baby massage and the benefits to your baby.
Infant massage is an excellent way to:
- build bonding and attachment with your baby
- tune into your baby's behaviours
- provide your baby with an increased level of relaxation
Age
6 weeks to moving/mobile.
How to book
Must be booked in advance. The course is free.

Family Hub on the Border
Sessions will start from Monday 12 January at 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Chances Family Hub
Sessions will start from Wednesday 7 January at 11am to midday
Family Hub in the Port
Sessions will start from Thursday 8 January at 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Wigton Family Hub
Sessions will start from Monday 23 February at 1:30pm to 2:30pm
