Infant massage
A short 5 week course to help you learn the techniques of baby massage and the benefits to your baby.
Infant massage is an excellent way to:
- build bonding and attachment with your baby
- tune into your baby's behaviours
- provide your baby with an increased level of relaxation
Age
6 weeks to moving/mobile.
How to book
Must be booked in advance. The course is free.

Family Hub on the Border
Starting from 24 April, Fridays at 10:30am to 11:30am
Chances Family Hub
Starting from 15 April, Wednesdays at 11am to midday
Westfield Family Hub
Starting from 16 April, Thursdays at 10am to 11:30am and 1pm to 2:30pm
